A tabular heating element transforms electrical energy in heat. There are several types of resistance which have the same use but are built up with different technologies
Thermowatt is specialised in producing immersion heaters.

Their use is wide, from home electric appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, oven, coffee machines, etc.) to sanitary water heating (water heaters and boilers) and vapour makers.

Thermowatt produces heating elements in stainless steel and special alloys of chrome and nickel steel, tabular heating elements for washing machines with thermic self-protection, thanks to a thermofuse series-connected with the heating element.

Thermowatt uses thermofuses with expositions up to 200° Celsius. Thermowatt laboratory tests shown the high reliability of the component at temperatures up to 250° Celsius.

The structure of the selected components ensures high technical, electromechanical and anticorrosive qualities
Furthermore, a good knowledge of corrosive phenomena in hard and/or chloride water is essential to properly design immersion heaters.
