A tabular heating element transforms electrical energy in heat. There are several types of resistance which have the same use but are built up with different technologies
Thermowatt is specialised in producing immersion heaters.

Stainless steel heating elements are used in ovens/grills, steak cookers, small cooking appliances, convectors, etc
The external sheath has a central role in releasing heat to the outside so ensuring a longer life span of the product
The working environment is not critical as far as corrosion is concerned and the choice of steel is due to temperatures
The high temperature reached by the heating element requires the use of AISI 321 (NiCr steel) for temperatures up to 780° Celsius
On the other hand, for temperatures up to 850° Celsius AISI 309 steel (refractory steel).

Thermowatt has achieved a long experience in the field and it is able to choose the most suitable sheath material according to the type of water and requested performances. Related humidities, sometimes very high, that characterises the spaces where those elements work, requires the use of hermetic sealing systems that guarantee high isolation levels over the time.
